NEW THIS YEAR is Pick Your Own BROAD BEANS and POTATOES. will keep you posted on when ripe.
Thanks to all our customers and visitors, 2011 was the best season so far for us. We welcomed many pickers from many nationalities and ages in groups, families and individuals.
WE are looking forward to welcoming again lots of school groups who find us a good venue for their school outing - such excitement at picking their own strawberries. All our groups have behaved really well and treated the field and fruit with great respect.
We have enjoyed visits from Older people from residential homes and special needs groups. We have offered trailer rides and Jam making demonstrations and guided walks around the fruit field. Our senses have been excited!! The scheme LET NATURE FEED YOUR SENSES enables us to have these groups no charge. Get in touch with Sandra to book this year Our first group in May is Action Deafness.
We have also held some super birthday parties with pizza making and picking fruit being highlights along with trailer rides. WE have a new Party leaflet for Party enquiries
WE have recently featured on BBC RADIO LEICESTER with live radio Car interviews and their Sunday Am programme Clueless
We'll keep you posted with all our FRUITY news here throughout the season.
