Hollipops   FRUITY ICE LOLLIES

Hollipops is the latest new business to be based at Whetstone Pastures Farm.

 

Holly Murphy from Billesdon picks our delicious Raspberries and Blackcurrants and makes them into ice lollies using only apple juice to sweeten.

Holly wanted to produce a quality product that was free from additives and wanted to be based at a fruit farm.

 

She’s currently working three days a week as a criminal barrister in London and her intention is to give up her high-powered job to concentrate on her new passion.

 

Hollipops were launched at last year’s Melton Country Fair and her stock sold out very quickly!
